Greater Tucson Leadership                                                            March 2019

Tocco Financial Services and our employees are proud to support many charitable causes in our community.  As we proudly announced last year, Laura Barnard, a Registered Administrative Associate in our office was selected to be in the 2019 class of Greater Tucson Leadership (GTL).

The 2019 Class of GTL has selected the Educational Enrichment Foundation (EEF) as its class project beneficiary.  The project entails the buildout and supply of a hygiene pantry for low-income students and families throughout the Tucson Unified School District (TUSD).

Many TUSD students' academic success is hindered by a lack of access to hygiene supplies.  EEF, whose mission is to provide resources to expand and enrich student learning, is working to change that.  Improved access to hygiene supplies is expected to decrease health-related issues and lead to increased attendance and a greater likelihood of achieving high school graduation.

If you are interested in donating hygiene items or by making a monetary donation, they will be accepted at our office (1647 N. Swan Road, Tucson, AZ) beginning immediately through May, 2019, during normal business hours.

What is needed:

            Full-sized items such as:

                        Body wash

                        Bar soap

                        Hand soap

Brushes and specialty products for coarse or ethnic hair

Dental care products (Toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.)

                        Feminine products

                        Laundry detergent

                        Toilet paper

Monetary Donations – Payable to “Educational Enrichment Foundation”

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact Laura at (520) 881-1149.

Thank you for your support!

FT 400

Judith A. Tocco, CFP® Named to 2018 Financial Times 400 Top Financial Advisers

March 22, 2018 – Tocco Financial Services is pleased to announce that Judith A. Tocco has been named to the 2018 edition of the Financial Times 400 Top Financial Advisers. The list recognizes top financial advisers at national, independent, regional and bank broker-dealers from across the U.S.

This is the sixth annual FT 400 list, produced independently by the Financial Times in collaboration with Ignites Research, a subsidiary of the FT that provides business intelligence on investment management.

Financial advisers from across the brokerage industry applied for consideration, having met a set of minimum requirements. The applicants were then graded on six criteria: assets under management (AUM); AUM growth rate; experience; advanced industry credentials; online accessibility; and compliance records. There are no fees or other considerations required of advisers who apply for the FT 400.

The final FT 400 represents an impressive cohort of elite advisers, as the “average” adviser in this year's FT 400 has 28 years' experience and manages $1.4 billion in assets. The FT 400 advisers hail from 38 states and Washington, D.C.

The FT 400 is one in a series of rankings of top advisers by the Financial Times, including the FT 300 (independent RIA firms) and the FT 401 (DC retirement plan advisers).
